Cancellation Policy
1. General Cancellation Terms
Cancellation Requests:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Cancellations and refunds are subject to the timeline and conditions outlined below and will be processed in accordance with the refund eligibility determined by The Seeds Ministry.
Timeline of Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a full refund of the registration fee.
- Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.
- Participants who do not attend the event without prior notice (no-shows) will forfeit any refund.
Refund Eligibility & Processing:
- All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to deliberation and approval by The Seeds Ministry.
- Refund decisions, including the final amount refunded, will be communicated via email correspondence.
- Participants who do not attend the event and fail to notify the organisers in advance may not be eligible for any refund.
2. Event Cancellation by The Seeds Ministry
The Seeds Ministry reserves the right to cancel or postpone the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, including insufficient enrolment or health guidelines. In such cases, full refunds will be issued, but The Seeds Ministry is not responsible for any related costs incurred by attendees (e.g., travel, accommodation).
3. Special Circumstances
If an attendee is unable to participate due to illness or travel restrictions, they may request a full refund having provided the appropriate documentation.
