Cancellation Policy
1. General Cancellation Terms
Cancellation Requests:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]
Timing of Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
- Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
- “No-shows” without prior notice will forfeit any refund.
2. Event Cancellation by The Seeds Ministry
The Seeds Ministry reserves the right to cancel or postpone the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, including insufficient enrollment or health guidelines. In such cases, full refunds will be issued, but The Seeds Ministry is not responsible for any related costs incurred by attendees (e.g., travel, accommodation).
3. Special Circumstances
In light of health concerns (e.g., COVID-19), if an attendee is unable to participate due to illness or travel restrictions, they may request a full refund with appropriate documentation.
